10 down to 1

Bit of a strength based session today guys. With this one we’re working in a descending fashion with the rep scheme. So that means we are going to start on 10 reps for each exercise and then 9, 8, 7 all the way down to 1 for a total of 55 reps. This is a valuable training rep scheme because as you fatigue, the repetitions become less which will hopefully allow you to do all reps with perfect form and with next to no rest time in between sets!
