Strength Session 2

This session is going to be made up of a tri-set and two supersets. The first Tri-set uses 3 different vartions of the squat - going from hardest variation to easiest variation - allowing us to work beyond our point of failure. Then we have two Supersets, one working our core musculature and the other working on single-leg stability and eccentric hamstring strength.
