Total Body EMOM

This workout is a Total Body EMOM style session. For this one we are going to be alternating the exercises we do each minute, so on one minute we’ll be working our upper body and on the next minute our lower body! The upper body minute we’re going to be working opposing muscle groups; the shoulders and back, and for the lower body we are going to be using 2 similar exercise, but switching from a more difficult variation to less difficult to enable us to keep working beyond our original point of failure!
